
This uncirculated 1,000 Vietnam Dong Vietnamese note, issued by the State Bank of Vietnam, is a standard circulation banknote and contains 1,000 pieces (1 brick). It is a purple, green, yellow, and light blue note that is dated 1988, and measures 135 x 65 mm. Its obverse side features a coat of arms and Ho Chi Minh. Its reverse side shows mahout riding an elephant dragging a felled tree in the forest.
Though the note does not have a security thread, it features a watermark of a flower pattern.
